My first blog

The most challenging thing (and most rewarding) I've ever done in my life is raising kids. They grow up in a blink of and eye. I hold there hands for a while and there hearts forever! As most of you know I had July and August off from work and enjoyed the summer with my boys! Now that I have gotton a higher paying job, and more hours with the school district, I plan on mostly spending as much time as possible with my boys! I just love my boys, they are always my first priority. Raising kids can be hard, making sure they are clean, feed, and doing what they are supposed to do. You have to take full action for them. So far the school year has gone well, my newest job with the school district is physically draining at times. My staff photo for Issaquah Middle School where I work (is the one with me in pink shirt). When I walk down the halls the kids are so cute to say "Hi lunch lady" to me. It is very hard to get the quality time with my kids that they need right now since I have to work to. I try my best. I just keep trying to remember though that I will then have all summer with them again. Braiden is so far as of today getting straight A's in school(7th grade), minus just his science class. He is now taller then me and has braces and glasses. He keeps bugging me to get him blue hair! We settled on highlights, (rather I said no and he got blond highlights instead, with blue wash out styling gel for him). He is into his video games and rockband with his friends. He complains alot about visiting his dad because he makes him eat salad. His Dad is over $17,000. behind in back child support. (but Braiden doesn't know that). They argue about politics. Braiden wants Obama to win, and his dad says if he does, then we will be in trouble....Braiden says McCain is to old and is gonna die...Braiden really wants to vote this year. I will take him with me when I vote this year. Jordan is now 5 years, and is still going to the Christian private school, he is in Pre-K this year because he just misses the date for Kindergarten at Sunny Hills. He loves this school and has so much fun. He is playing more with the kids at school. I wish I could take him to school everyday, but I have to work. Thank God for Grandma! She brings him to school and back everyday. Jordan plays his game cube and ds alot. Braiden and Jordan have fun together. The other day they were betting pringles to see who wins with the highest card, like black jack I guess. Both boys visit there Dads the same weekends (everyother). Jordan has the biggest bedroom, and a hampster in his room, but Jordan still wants to sleep with his Mama .
