These are cookie bars, I make them almost everyday. The kids love the gooey doughy chocolate chip cookie bars. The recipe I have calls for 12lbs. of butter!! Of course the recipe lasts everyday all week.
I had to make oatmeal chocolate chip cake today because is was on the menue.
The best pink cookies! The kids buy stacks of them. I make 340 of these at least once a week. They are a hit. I have been asked to stop making them because no one is buying the school districts Otis spunk meyer cookies, but even the teachers love them. lol
The frosting I make, recipe calls for 25lbs. of powdered sugar!
