KIDS SPRING BREAK...(We did find stuff to do, but next time we are for sure going somewhere)

My parents, our dogs and Jordan went to see my brother at his place he built in Cle Elum....... Braiden got a haircut and new shoes at the mall, He chose to stay in his room talking with his friends all week, The boys both got skateboards and are showing me the same trick over and over. ................................................................. Jordan, Dusty and I hung out at Lk. Sammamish State Park ...
Jordan built star wars legos for ages 8-14 all by himself...
Mmmm We made Cupcakes...these are sinful
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup CUPCAKES Jordan had fun making these with me... 1 box chocolate cake mix, 3 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 bag chocolate peanut butter cups. MIX together cake mix, eggs and milk. Pour 2 tablespoons batter into paper liners and place a peanut butter cup on top. Fill paper liners 3/4 full. BAKE at 350 degrees for 15-18 min. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack. When completely cooled, frost! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Then we made the frosting....Easy CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING 8 Tbsp. butter, room temperature, 1/3 cup cocoa, 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar, sifted, 3-4 Tbsp. milk or cream...(I used chocolate milk), 2 tsp. vanilla extract. BEAT butter in large mixing bowl until fluffy. Stop mixer before adding cocoa to avoid a large mess.. ADD cocoa, sugar, milk, vanilla extract. Beat frosting starting on slow speed and add little milk if frosting is to think...Yummy... Jordan's Job: put all cupcake liners in pan, stir batter, unwrap all reeses chocolates, put all 24 reese's chocolates in cupcakes, check cupcakes while cooking with oven light, frosting tester, and cupcake eater...
