BANANA BREAD...

I haven't had banana bread for such a long time. Jill at work made us all a loaf to take home. Thank You Jill! *Yum* The recipe is a really old Hawaiian family recipe... So worth making!

GRANDMAS BANANA NUT BREAD...

Ingredience: 3/4 cup brown sugar... 1 cup white sugar... 1/2 cup butter... 2 eggs... 1 1/2tsp. baking soda (level)... 1 1/2 cups banana pulp... 1 cup nuts... 2 cups flour... 4 Tbsp. sweet milk (Evaporated)...

Bake in Moderate oven 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cream brown, white sugars and butter, break in two eggs and mix well. Add banana you can use the mixer to blend the pulp together, mix soda in just enough water to disolve. Add to above mixture. Blend in sifted flour and mix well, then add milk. Fold in finely chopped nuts and there you are! Ono! Then Best!

Chocolate Chips (opt.)
